Floyd Mayweather to fight with Manny Pacquiao on May 2

This fight is going to generate a ton of money for Las Vegas. It has been a long time coming.

Manny is almost two full years younger than Mayweather.

Who do you think will win?

My guess is Mayweather still has his defense and will win by decision.
Biggest pay day ever. If the fight is close and won by decision then look for a second fight.
I would have loved to see this a few years ago, but I still think/hope it will be a great fight. I am hoping for a split decision so we can see Mayweather Pacquiao 2. Mayweather wins both and retires undefeated. Maybe this will be the big kick in the ass boxing needs to put it back into the spotlight. MMA had all the thunder now.
TMZ says MGM is already sold out..Wild wknd in store for Metro for sure..

I don't expect much of a fight- Mayweather will be on his bicycle running like the chicken he is and Manny will take the few good shots Mayweather gives in order to try to make it a real fight. Expect to be disappointed, Floyd is all mouth.
I wish boxing was about the sport and who is the best fighter in the world. Because right now it is not about either of those things. It is all about the $$$.

If you are the champ you should HAVE to defend the title to WHOEVER is ranked #2. Then we will see who is the best. If you don't want to defend the title then you should retire. Until that happens boxing will remain all about the money and be 2nd to others sports like MMA etc.

What if the Patriots went to the Super Bowl and were like I refuse to play the Seahawks, instead we choose to play the Raiders in the Super Bowl BUT we still claim to be the Champs and the best in the sport. Get out of here it would never happen. Nor would it happen in baseball, or basketball, or hockey or any other legitimate sport. Boxing is suffering as a sport due to greed.

MGM is, indeed, no longer selling tickets. Rumors on the tee-vee today suggest some seats may be offered to MGM patrons with over $250,000 in approved gambling credit.

And StubHub has no seats either, . . .but some reseller website called Box Office Center is offering nose-bleed seats for $4,000 and floor seats for up to $26,400.

DonDiego has no plan to attend.

How many hard ways in a row would you have to roll to get a floor seat?

I will watch on the new 55" HD tv. Even at $100.00 it will be cheaper than attending the fight or even going to Vegas to watch on some CC.
I hear all rooms are sold in any hotel.
Cosmo has the Friday night rooms for $1500.00 and sold out Saturday

Also, split the cost with 3 friends at 25.00 per person = good deal.

Still it is a GOOD deal for Vegas. Rumors were the fight was to be in Dallas, Glad Vegas beat out Mr. Jerry Jones.
I wish the fight would have happened when they were 5 years younger and Manny was still doing steroids.
