That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the season long contests, run by the sports books, where they pay out to the people that have the most wins for the season. You pay the one time fee to enter the contest then you, or your proxy, make your picks every week till the end of the season. You pay your guy/gal a small fee to go to the casino every week to submit your picks and you pay them a small fee for doing this for you. If you win any money at the end of the year, you have to back to Vegas to collect your winnings. You then pay them a percentage of your winnings for their final fee.
They are not making individual bets on games. They are only submitting your picks and no money changes hands except for the fee, therefore, its legal as long as it's in the contest rules.
