Oh come on.

If Hastert raped a boy it's a Hastert problem, not a GOP problem.

You're way off the deep end on this.

LOL

That is like saying the Catholic Church didn’t have a pedophile problem.

wow, Chillcoot said something worthwhile.

Mal, I fail to see what posting a bunch of pics is supposed to prove, that all molesters are republicans? If so, don't be absurd, I'm sure they come from the entire political spectrum.

ecomstoc, when you feel the need to dishonestly restate someone's argument, it's a sign that your argument is weak - and that you are a dishonest person.

I never said anything about "good" or "bad." I simply said that it's the liberals who want to change to take the overwhelming influence of money out of politics, and the conservatives who don't. And anyone who complains about money in politics but votes the other way is a dishonest person. (Hey, what a coincidence!)

Whoever said conservatives don't want to take the money out of politics? I'm conservative and think the amount of money spent on campaigns, kickbacks etc is pretty outrageous. That's almost as absurd as Mal's statement that all child molesters are Republicans.

And I'm the furthest thing from dishonest, although I may not always vote conservative, but whichever way I vote sure as hell doesn't make me a or anyone else a dishonest person. You're reaching.

Hmmm...what party was Bill Clinton from? That's a puzzler. According to you he's a democrat so Bill was right when he said " I did not have sexual relations with that girl". Correct?

Yeah, that'll work.

No I am not saying that all Republicans are child molesters. What I am saying is the Republican or Conservative Movement has a certain culture much like the Catholic Church had a certain culture where the victims are demonized and the crimes of the guilty are covered up. And just like the Catholic Church Culture the Conservative Culture seems to attract a disproportionate number of child molesters and somehow these child molesters end up in positions of power or prestige in the institution.

I note Huckabee issued a spirted defense of Josh Duggar saying he was really the victim in all of this and didn’t even bother to mention his actual victims. Huckabee is currently tied for number 1 in the field of Republicans running for president in 2016 according to Quinnipiac University. That indicates a problem to me.

BTW bringing up Clinton is pointless. He engaged in a consensual adult relationship. The Republicans we are talking about did not. I suggest we spend at least as much money investigating the Republican party for their institutional behavior of enabling child molesters as we did investigating Bill Clinton for having engaged in a consensual adult relationship. Isn't child molesting and child rape worse than engaging in an extra martial affair with another consenting adult?
Here is a video from C-Span with Dennis the Menace taking a brief phone call from a man in Yorktown, IL.

One has to wonder if this is the victim gently reminding Hastert that he is late on a payment.... the laughter at the end is strange indeed.

Going to be fun to see how the shills on Faux put a positive spin on this whole situation.

Corruption? Here, I'll help you out. Here is the Starr Report, all 222 pages. Since it cost taxpayers about $70 million, that's a shade over $315,000 per page.

Go for it, you big brave man, document the corruption. Or were you referring to her murder of Vince Foster?

Mal, you are making a blanket statement on what you believe to be true. Thhere is no way in the world that what you say could possibly be true. As I said earlier, I'm certain molesters come from all walks of the political spectrum. I could try and spend the time researching how many registered dems are molesters, but it really doesn't interest me that much.

I just don't care for blanket statements, it's a sign of narrow-mindedness or singular of thought, or whatever you prefer to call it.

jatki, are you equating lying about consensual sex with child rape? If not, what's your point?
