You don't have to be a local. I snagged one of the $100 gift cards for $50 when they first started the program. I missed a $50 gift card for $25 when I was in Vegas a few weeks ago. I used only about $40 on the first one. I think I wound up getting 8 buffets with it because I had people with me that had never been there and they got the signup bonus points and everything. It's a great deal if you're going to Vegas when they run an offer you know you will use.
I really liked the Fiesta in Hendersen (didn't stay in the rooms)....I've never been to the one on Rancho. If Rancho is like its sister property it would seem like a good deal
I stayed at Fiesta Rancho once. The room was old but clean. Two cool features:
1. SOBE Ice Arena: An NHL regulation-sized, 31,000 square foot ice rink. 2. Blue Agave Bar with over 100 Tequilas...(The bottles are suspended from the ceiling)
