Is anybody with me or are the political threads just to enjoyable?

It will be interesting to see how many of you can do it with me. The challenge does not start until January 1 so get your politics in now.

It probably isn't going to happen. I think you need to broaden the scope and not make it Vegas Casino related only. How am I going to be able to post a thread when the Detroit Lions collapse?

RM, I hear you but it would not be a "challenge" to anyone if I did not maintain the Vegas only rule. It may limit it me to a small amount of participants though. Heck, I may be alone. Dare to be great and join me!

It would be easy for me since I do not/have not (to my recollection) start political threads. However, I do read them and sometimes participate. It might get a little dull around here without the drivel to fill in the lulls between Vegas post'.

Honestly I would hope it would generate more Vegas conversation than we are getting right now. I would guess everybody would like to chat more about Vegas.

I'm heading there for a whole week in January, although I will have two days out at Laughlin. I want to catch two weekends of NFL playoffs plus the NCAA championship game, eat some great steak, drink too much, listen to live classic rock, and see how many times the hookers will try to pick me up. I love Vegas.

Poor old DonDiego must decline the "Only Vegas" challenge.

He is already experiencing anxiety, irregular bowel movements, night sweats, general body aches, and facial tics from his decision to refrain from political posts until the New Year, . . . not to mention the mental anguish.

Ditto that.

Trust me, it'll get dry as dust around here.
