Free parking coming back?

Maybe a good omen. The Hard Rock Casino Hotel in Tampa, Fl was charging for parking a good portion of last year. It must not have worked out too well because I got a flyer in the mail today saying parking is now free for all players club members.

One can only hope. But then again, what kind of new gimmick will they come up with to charge us more fees?
energy surcharge for heat and A/C.
Charge per bag for bellhops.

I think new parking rates for MGM and Caesars goes up after four hours. I wonder if they've studied how many people leave their gambling in the casino to rush and get out because they don't want to be charged more.

The four hour limit is supposed to keep you from parking there and visiting other casinos.
While I thought MGMs decision to charge might be rescinded if no one else jumped on the bandwagon, it looks like free parking on the strip will go the way of the foot long hot dog.
