Free rebate top 10 values

In the top 10 vaues on the home page it says that the tropicana rebate is one of 4. I think cosmopolitan is one that i have read about, but where are the other 2?

Terribles $100 w/LVA coupon. Riviera $100. Also with LVA coupon Opera House refunds 1/2 your losses up to a $200 rebate.

Hooters is also doing a $200 slot loss rebate for first time sign-ups also.

Are all these for first time sign-up only ???

The Hooters offer wasn't a loss rebate, it was a "free $200 slot play" offer only good on specific gaffed machines that don't pay out. It's like the Casino Royale offer, not a guaranteed rebate.
