people go to non casino bars on Fremont for about the same reasons they go to the bars and lounges that are off the casino floor on the Strip.
the drink service you get while gambling takes a lot longer and the drinks are really watered down
unless you are one of those people who sit there in front of a machine and just play 10 cents when you happen to see the CW goes by to make her think you are gambling, you will probably lose much more than the price of a drink waiting on a drink. And sitting in front of a machine just playing 10 cents when the cocktail waitress happens by just to make her think I am playing so I can get a watered down cran & vodka is not my idea of vacation fun.
it is not easy to hang out with a group of your friends and enjoy a few cocktails together when you all have to find a machine to sit in front of and play 10 cents when the CW happens by to make her think that you are all playing so you can gt a cheap drunk on watered down cran & vodkas every 45 minutes.
