Fremont, Main St. Station, or California?

Hello. Has anyone stayed at these properties RECENTLY, and care to share an opinion? I have heard that the rooms at the California have been "renovated", but I'm not certain. I have stayed at MSS before, but have no experience with Fremont or California rooms. It's my understanding that there are resort fees at any of them?

Feel free to be specific as to why you like / dislike any of the rooms.

Have stayed 35 times at Main St. stayed once at Fremont, Fremont rooms are smaller. Don't know about fees. Loose track of time Main St. was redone years ago. Stay on high floors Plaza side close to street, trains & traffic.

Have stayed many times recently at the California, next week booked. Don't know of resort fees, always comped. Like the south tower best. Ony once at Fremont, too close to noise for me.

I have stayed at the Fremont many times. Clean - Small rooms, even smaller bathrooms. The only thing that I like more about the Fremont over the other two is the convenience to Fremont street.

None of the three properties have resort fees.
