You are correct - there are just as many Fridays in the week as any other day. But with some months being 28, 29, 30, or 31 days and it changing from month to month and year to year the actual day of week for the 13th will vary and not be evenly distributed across the seven days of the week.

That is the long term. In the short term anything can happen and there is no predicting if tomorrow will be the 13th or not.

I am 99.99% certain that tomorrow will not be the 13th in my part of the world.

But than again, I may be incorrect which is why there is 0.01% margin for error.

After all, if I understand the math, and as much as we would like it to be assured, one can never, ever calculate something to be 100% certain, beyond any reasonable doubt, no matter how many times you try, or for however long it is.

Every knows that since year 1 started on a Sunday on the Non-Proleptic Julian calendar, there is actually an extra Friday the 13th. Now I'm sure some of you proleptic purists are going to argue that the original 3 year leap year error of the the first few years means the calendar really started on a Saturday, and hence there is an extra Friday the 12th...I don't think so.
