And she really wanted to start a war against Colonel Muammar Qaddafi:

Human Rights Watch concludes that as few as 489 and as many as 528 Yugoslav civilians were killed in the ninety separate incidents in Operation Allied Force over Kosovo in 1999.
[Bombing folks from high altitude is so much cleaner than getting involved in land combat, . . . but somewhat less precise.]

And, . . . Osama bin Laden is one in 2011.

Estimates of Libyan dead in "Hillary's War" range from 2000 (the World Health Organization total) to 15,000 (the UN Human Rights Council total) in 2011.
[They are either math-challenged or things just sorta got outta hand; that'll happen when one overthrows a dictator and all Hell breaks loose 'cause one doesn't have a plan.]

So that's at least 2490 dead by The Hillary's "involvement"...
