full pay is different from vp games with a positive return. 8/5 bonus is considered "full pay" but has a return of 99.2%. 9/6 jacks or better is considered to be full pay with a return of 99.5%.
We were just downtown a couple of weeks ago......Main St Station has a few banks of 9/6 JoB and Vegas Club as well.......El Cortez has some I believe although I didnt play VP there. Ive always liked JoB so I didnt check the other games.
