I believe the police chose not to arrest him the night of the shooting. When asked to reinvestigate they again found insufficient evidence. The local DA also declined to prosecute for lack of evidence. After much media hype and marches by the usual race baiters a special prosecutor was appointed.

At the trial the prosecution case was so weak that they made the defense case before the defense had a chance. The jury after what amounted to a free lunch and dinner found him innocent.

Of course he has them on file. C & P'ing posts are internet trolls scrapbooking. He just needs to learn to copy the entire post or the reason behind the words..then he wouldn't be as creepy. Still plenty creepy though.
Maybe we are his only friends and he really doesn't have anything else to do.
