Depending on how much you actually gamble the difference between 99% and 100.7% is very small when factoring in a couple of gallons of gas each way. Heck if you don't rent a car you can exercise your way up and down Las Vegas Boulevard and eat at plenty of unique restaurants and save more money (and burn some calories, lol).
