Gold & Silver Pawn shop

Can anyone give me any info on this shop at 713 Las Vegas Blvd. How far to walk from Golden Nugget and are the owners there all the time. I saw a few episodes on TV and I am thinking about visiting the store when Im in Vegas. Thanks for any info
Examining Google-Maps It appears to be almost a ¾-mile walk, . . . . east on Fremont then south on Las Vegas Boulevard, . . . a bit less than ½ way to the Stratosphere Tower.

Until they became famous, they worked their normal hours. Rick has his head screwed on, so I figure he still comes in at his normal time. Cory would have be el-kabonged, but he would be there. Pops, a no brainer, he'd be on auto pilot.

We were there May 19th. they told us the entire group was out on tour somewhere doing something. This was our second trip there and the only reason we stopped this time was no line about 9:30am. This was a replay as last visit no line stopped. After 10:30 or so the line gets backed up pretty good and once inside it like follow the leader around the shop. There is no way I would ever stand in line in the heat to visit this place. If you never been there it worth a look see.
I still don't really understand why anyone would want to go see these guys or their pawn shop in person. But lots of people must want to, based on the lineups to get in! So now their "Pawn Stars Road Trip" is going to take them to locations around North America - if you can't get to Vegas, you can see them near your hometown I guess.
Here in Vancouver you can see them at Hastings Park, (our Thoroughbred race track), on July 23 from 9-5. Tickets for this "event" are only $25 per person through Ticketmaster! Even if they paid me the $25 I wouldn't bother... but to each their own!
Everytime I drive into town, I think about visiting the big pawn shops along the I-15 and other pawn shops around. I figure I might get some deal that some retiree or gambler had to dump. Anyone ever do this and can you get a deal or does everything get marked up to "regular retail" once it hits the display case?
Thanks for the comments. I am interested in going in looking at jewlery maybe,if someone has a gambling problem the money from a pawn shop would look good.

if you are interested in looking at jewelry, there are probably many pawn shops in and around Vegas that you don't have to stand in line to get into. This one probably marks their stuff up more because they are on TV, too
There is one across the street from the Stratosphere. Had some really nice stuff in there but I think it was overpriced. I would rather go to the Outlet mall than buy from the pawnshops there.
