Good News - Breastaurants Are Thriving

"Sales at the Tilted Kilt, Twin Peaks and Brick House, casual eateries featuring scantily clad waitresses, have grown at a double-digit pace over the last year, according to projections from Technomic, a food market research firm. At the same time, sales limped along at most big restaurant chains like Olive Garden and TGI Friday's."

That appears to be reflected in their relatively weak sales growth.

Olive Garden nearly went under due to deteriorating food quality, as did Red Lobster. Both have seriously gone downhill in food quality. OG even changed their bread sticks into something more resembling stale hot dog buns.

News has it that changes are occurring to try to recover, and Darden has divested itself of one or the other...can't recall which.

I don't know about TGI Fridays, but our last time in (2-3 years ago--they lost us) we were sorely disappointed, no comparison to the great food they used to be known for. This is another one that totally changed how they did business. Big mistake.
Personally, I never got the appeal of going to a restaurant where a scantily clad waitress pretends to like you in exchange for a way above average tip. If that is what you want why not skip the meal and just hire a hooker? At least at the conclusion of that encounter you will be left fully satisfied and not walk away "hungrier" than you were before you arrived.
I had the Monday Night Football buffet at the Kan-Kan club in Vegas a few years back. The food was pretty good. My private dancer was a little annoyed that I left some chicken-wing-sauce fingerprints on her butt. No worries. I gave her all the loose change in my pocket.
Most all the Hooters around my area have closed up. It's sad.

Hiring a hooker is illegal in most places and would likely cost 50 to 100 times more than a plate of wings delivered by a scantily clad and friendly waitress. I would also think you'd be much less likely to contract a disease in the plate of wings than you would in a rented pink taco...
I laugh at some of these yokels that live around here. They think nothing of spending half their paycheck going to Hooters, and trust me they pay much more than their ticket for wings and a 20% tip. Plus a lot of the girls sell access to their snapchat, kik, Facebook and whatever for extra cash. Some of these dopes end up spending several $100 a month on Hooter's girls. At least with hooker you know what you're getting and you don't keep shelling out for something you're never going to get.
