Last time i did this i just drove to pop up pizza downtown las vegas! I think they have the best pizza in town. Metro would be second

Grimaldi's out by SunCoast was excellent. I like the thin crust NYC style.

Joe's NY Pizza. Pretty sure they deliver. Its in a plaza on Paradise Rd / Harmon. There's a Capriottis next door. I usually visit both establishments on any given trip.
