Gordie Brown - Opinions Please !

I've seen and heard various opinions about the Gordie Brown show at the GN.
I'd really like to hear what LVA regulars think of the show.
How good are the impressions ? Is the show worth the $$ ?
I know tix are readily available at Tix4Tonight, etc.
I gotta think that for $20-$30 ... how bad could it be ??????

Gimme the REAL scoop. Thanks!

Madcat and I saw his show for second time in January 2012. He is very entertaining to watch and most of his impressions were pretty good. He does change the words to some songs (ala Weird Al Yankovic) to add some hilarity. I recommend him but don't go in expecting him to sing exact words to all of the songs. I think he does sing exact on some of them. In my opinion he is very talented and worth seeing at a discounted price.
I saw him a few years ago when he was at the Venetian. Impression shows were not my thing, but the ticket was a freebie. I didn't hate it. I did think his impressions were pretty spot on
I saw him. He made me stand up and then put his arm around me and sang "Stand By Your Man" to me. I goosed him.

I saw Gordie at the Aladdin/PH. Having seen Danny Gans, Gordie and Larry G., I've come to the conclusion that I don't like those kind of shows. Gordie was just as sucky as Danny Gans show. But, lots of people in the audience seemed to be having a great time.
He used to charge $50. Nowadays you see him for half that....and thats about right. Its a good show for $25. Its a ripoff at $50.
It was a fun distraction. I enjoyed it. Mostly a comedic sendoff of other entertainers/vegas shows. I wouldn't really call him an impressionaist.
Gordie Brown is very talented, and he has an awesome 5 piece band that backs him up.

He does many different people, singers, actors, etc ........... even does Andrea Bocelli singing opera.

The package deal at the Golden Nugget has the evening buffet and the show combo for about $32.
I don't think that deal can be beat at any ticket outlet or even using the LVA coupon.

I saw him when he first appeared at the GN. He was featured on that Vegas reality show years ago that was filmed at the GN. I thought he was funny, fresh and entertaining.
He moved to the Venetian and I saw him again, not as good as the first show.
