Do I find it moral? No. I'd be happy to call any such person a knuckle, dragging bigot.

Do you have another question that has nothing to do with the Indiana Law? I'm here to help.

Just to clarify, the gay guy in the example is a knuckle dragging bigot?

Yes, I thought that was clear.

For the cons it is all about finding new ways to use the Hobby Lobby ruling to allow business to avoid complying with laws and regulations.

From what I understand, it was to bring the state law more in line with the federal law.

Btw, if I was a baker, I would bake the cake, the groom/groom or bride/bride plastic figures would be the buyers responsibility.

How did you get that understanding? Someone tricked you.

From USAToday

1) Unlike the federal law, the Indiana bill explicitly protects the exercise of religion of entities, which includes for profit corporations.

2) The bill's protection of religious liberty may be invoked not only when a person's religious freedom has been burdened, but also when it is likely to be substantially burdened by government action.

3) The bill appears to allow using exercise of religion as a defense in judicial or administrative proceedings between private parties.

You should stop trusting whoever told you that Indiana's law was intended to be more in line with the federal law. They fooled you. (But then I suspect you like that when it serves your prejudices.)

Oh dear, it looks like Oklahoma is struggling to learn from Mike Pence's ignorance.
Oklahoma ride sharing bill allows drivers to discriminate against ungodly gay people

"The House-passed version of the bill included language that prohibited the companies from discriminating against customers based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

But Republican Sen. Jason Smalley of Stroud says he rewrote the bill to eliminate that language and allow private businesses to establish their own policies regarding discrimination."

and once again free market companies respond on the right side of history
Uber's response
"Uber's policy is to serve every neighborhood, every driver and every person who needs a ride," company spokeswoman Jennifer Mullin said. The company will continue to enforce its current terms of service, "which make clear that discrimination in any form is not tolerated and will result in removal from the platform," she said."
Uber is not a good example as it has had numerous issues. For example:

The company has faced complaints of sexual assault by Uber drivers in Boston, San Francisco, and other cities; in December, an Uber driver in New Delhi was charged with kidnapping and raping a passenger, prompting a temporary ban in that city.

"India Rape" is the new "Black on Black violence". Hoops has found a new subject to run too when he feels awkward defending the people on topic.
