Belterra is pretty far from room to casino as well. You get kind of spoiled from Vegas where in some places you can take a last spin on a slot from inside the elevator as you wait for the door to close.

BTW, I forgot to thank you in my other post for taking the time to write your trip report. I've spent a lot of time at the GV over the years, but I rarely go there anymore.

Your welcome, I didn't like not winning at Hollywood and wanted to try somewhere different. According to my uncle theres a casino somewhere near Anderson that folks are winning at pretty good.

I used to play at Hollywood, (then Argosy), but the GV had a bank of .25 machines that had a variety of full pay vp so I mostly went there. But the new owners downgraded those machines so I'm less drawn to it now.

Hoosier Park is near Anderson, but I've never been there. VPFree does list them as having 99.95% $2 pick 'em, but for their other "good" games they list 97.81% DB and 97.3% 8/5 JOB. I don't think I'll be making that drive any time soon.

I have been to Indiana Live in Shelbyville, and it didn't do much for me either. VPFree only lists 99.17% 8/5 BP at the $1 level, but I think they had a decent pick 'em game as well. But its almost as far for me to drive there as to Horseshoe so I'll mostly be heading that way in the future I think.

I'm not a VP guy, I try to go to different places where I can at least see a bit of return on my money. I do the regular slots and the craps tables.

Thanks for the great TR; glad you had even a little luck. Too bad the bkfst was bad; that would ruin my day as bkfst is my fave meal when I take a trip

At least they didn't screw up the eggs. Although even the military with all of their faults, they always made good eggs, even the powered ones.
