FWIW - I enjoyed (4.5 Sips) my first Moscow Mule last week while vacationing in Camden, ME:
At $14 a drink, I'm sure there are a lot less expensive Happy Hours in town!

Those $14 drinks are $7 durning Happy Hour.
Even at $7, there are a lot better Happy Hours in town for less money.

My Happy Hour Cocktail cost $2 (for a tip) while I'm sitting at a Video Poker Machine.

Rick
Agree with Rick on those prices.

Gambling and drinking!!!!!
Yeah, it's true you can get a lot cheaper cocktails in vegas than $7 a glass...

BUT...where else can you get classic cocktails like the ones described in the article for $7.00? We're not talkin' rot gut well drinks....but drinks like:

..12-year-old Glenlivet scotch in the classic Blood and Sand from 1922...Of course it's topped with burnt orange garnish and lit on fire before being served.

"The sidecar made with French ingredients, including Remy Martin VSOP Cognac and Cointreau triple sec. A sugar-rimmed glass adds sweetness to balance the sourness of fresh lemon juice."

The Moscow Mule with "Russian Standard Platinum Vodka, fresh lime juice, ginger beer and Superfine sugar "

Premium old-school cocktails are going for $15 to $20 at Vesper in Cosmpolitan or Hyde at Bellagio. Sounds like it's worth a shot a 7 bucks if you're interested in trying out a premium historic cocktail....but don't confuse these specialty drinks for Seagrams and & 7 Up.

I'd still rather have my drink delivered by a cute and sexy cocktail waitress, ....... and only for the price of a $2 tip,

but for just another dollar, I can have her make it "Premium old-school", by asking her to stir it with her finger !!!!

Rick

Is that finger stir before or after she lights it on fire for you?
