DonDiego experienced a pleasant Easter.

teechur and he attended an Easter service at the single local Catholic Church up heh' in Appalachia, whereas the Baptists have their choice of dozens. This was done in accordance with the unwritten pre-nuptual agreement by which DonDiego must accompany teechur to church on Christmas and Easter. The local padre has advised poor old DonDiego that he is welcome more often if he chooses. So far he hasn't, 'cept fer weddin's and funerals and such.

Following services teechur and DonDiego partook of a nice late-lunch at a chain-restaurant franchise where they observed lots of youngsters and their Mothers in their easter finery.

Easter Sunday was the most pleasant Spring-like day of the year so far, . . . warmer than it had been and occasional rain-sprinkles between sunlit intervals all day. The forsythia are near full-bloom, . . . the lilacs'll likely follow in the next 10 days or so. The backyard feeding stations and birdbath were well used by robins, cardinals, bluebirds, woodpeckers and flickers, chickadees, titmice, house finches, gold finches, Carolina wrens, and blue-jays. (DonDiego apologizes to any denizens of the air whom he has unintentionally omitted. He does not apologize to the crows, whom he omitted on purpose.)

We had a great staycation at Lake Las Vegas. We stayed at the Ravella which we were told has been bought by the Hilton. In June it is changing it's name from Ravella to Hilton Lake Las Vegas

How is it that lately, some of the people in the "Vegas Free For All" group can even turn "Happy Easter" into a pissing match?
It is actually becoming quite tedious - different topic - same old bullshit.
