Her decision to keep everything completely private between her and her staff is what got her in trouble when she decided to have a home brew server. None of that pesky redundant record keeping that would be subject to any prying eyes, even the State Dept.s' eyes. Certainly didn't need any of that. She was attempting to be anything BUT transparent let alone exponentially transport, hell, she was trying to make sure everything single solitary thing she and her staff did were nowhere close to public record and she damn well achieved it too. When the shit hit the fan, they had control of everything and nuked those 33K emails (which were under congressional subpoena btw). As far as ethics go, I certainly wouldn't put her up any pedestal proclaiming her clean as the virgin snow. All that foreign money that flowed into the CF from countries with the same horrible human rights violations that she said was championing in this country, you know, womens rights, lgbt, blah blah blah.
You ever see this vid when the Hill first took on at State and circulated this video to all employees on the importance to follow procedure, cybersecurity, etc., etc. ? Might wanna give it a watch and come bak again with all her "exponentially more transparency " claim.

I also wanted to add RE prosecution over the whole perjury, destruction of evidence, email thing. PJ, Forky, billy and others are all in the camp that it was all baseless, 'cause Comey and Lynch said so, well they said they wouldn't prosecute. Do you all honestly beleive her defense could withstand a prosecutor who actually went after her, like a Rudy G. or such? Shoot, it wouldn't even have to be that great of a prosecutor. No way in hell, bare minimum perjury and destruction of evidence under subpoena.
