Actually, you were "luckier" than you should have been.

I'm going to make some assumptions here so feel free to correct me.....

Using your numbers, you lost $35K on $4.8M coin in. That's a loss rate of .729%.

If I recall correctly, you play 9/6 DDB which has a theo return of 98.98%. As generally acknowledged, CET doesn't pay cash back. Assuming computer correct play, your $4.8M of coin in should have resulted in a loss of $48,960.

Now, don't you feel better? LOL

But she never gives specifics on what they play at which specific casinos. She doesn't "name names." I believe she plays mostly deuces at high denominations with multiple hands (5 or 10, I think), but that's because I watched her play once. They are winners overall for the 25+ years they've been playing. They are advantage players, but I'm sure MoneyLA will not believe anything they say, just as he doesn't believe Arcimedes.

I do know (and she has posted this) that she occasionally plays some slots so as not to be harrassed by certain casinos that cut off AP's. I also know they won the $500,000 slot tournament at Caesars LV a few years ago. I saw the pictures, lol.

Yes she has definitely talked about playing NSUD. But NSUD is currently scarce at any HET property that I know of.
No Dan I'm VERY lucky because its 9/5 ddb with the royal progressives. Remember that I hit two of them two years ago -- one for 36K and the other for 37K. those two progressive royals were an extra $33K. But about half of my VP play was at Rincon which did have bounce back and free play.

Bob Dancer also recommends mixing in a little -EV play to stay on the mailing list for bounce back cash.
Money, if I open a casino, would you promise to try your "luck" at my place? LOL

Actually a $37K RF progressive on a 9/5 DDB is a 99.77% return game. With sufficient bankroll, it was probably the best game in the place although it would still be considered a long term loser without CB and other cash equivalent bennies.

The variance is the killer in this game since now over 4 1/4% of the return is tied to hitting the RF.

At least when I was in Vegas I saw Jean in several other casinos. So, winning year after year becomes a total of her (and Brads) play, not just Caesars.

Also, consider many casinos offer "specials" for their high end players. It may not be the straight VP that is profitable but the added value ... like the contest she won (mentioned earlier).

Advantage play is not as simple as walking into a casino and playing the best game. Takes a little more thinking these days. I've seen you ho-hum AP before and I'm not surprised you don't understand what it takes.
Dan, that progressive at Rincon does have bounce back money. other bennies include points earned at Rincon are good for the year end shopping spree in Vegas, Rincon gives free play monthly based on play... and the best part about that progressive was that I hit it twice in the same year. Actually, in that year I probable had a profit from VP but my loss came from craps. My records did not separate VP from craps. so Im pretty damn positive I had a profit from VP because I have a hard time remembering any kind of "big win" at craps. When playing craps, even at the $25 level, when you leave the table up a few hundred dollars you think you're a master of the game. LOL And in all the years that Ive been playing craps there were only four sessions when I walked away from the table with a session profit greater than 5k with a 1k buying. VP offers the chance for hitting a 4k royal with a "buy in" of a hundred bucks or less, like slapinfunk hit his 4.7K royal the other night with only $100 in the machine.
2nd royal on that machine only putting in $100... weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
2nd royal on that machine only putting in $100 and walking out with nothing! doooh!
