Harrah's Parking

The last time we were in Vegas, back in February, it was a real mess getting into Harrah's or IP's parking garage. Roads closed, detours, etc. due to the Linq project. We will be back at Harrah's next week. Is there any change regarding access to the parking garage? Good or bad? Mahalo.

Please take and post some pictures of the Harrah's , IP , Flamingo strip area so we can see how the work is coming along. Thank you..
