Harrah's Resort Southern California Retaliates

Their bitch is that there might have been a day I used only the free play.
Yep, and that's the problem. You fundamentally misunderstand what free play is all about. It's not a reward, it's not a trophy, and it's not a cookie. It is designed to get you back into the casino to play it off plus invest your own money. In your case, it didn't work out that way, and Harrah's analytics reacted.

Much bigger players than you know to always put in their own money when they pick up their free play. Maybe you should learn from them.

Why would I put in my own money when I use their money and win?
Money why do you even bother with $80 when you can get $2500 at Bellagio or even $300 at Caesars? For me $80 is a lot but for you that is bread crumbs, chicken feed, kaka (lol).
I'm a small time player at Harrahs SoCal. I used to get $30 a week and it dropped to $20 a week in the Sept mailer. I like to play there and I do accumulate a lot of RCs that I use in Vegas. I agree that they truly insulted you. Those bean counters need to take a class in public relations.

Yes...$80 is like poo poo for a guy like MoneyLA. But I think he gets some other benefits besides just $80 in free play for his $400,000 monthly coin-in. I think they lavish him with free gifts, top rooms, show tickets and gourmet meals too.

You won EVERY time you picked up free play? Well color me skeptical.

More likely, when you won you continued playing, but when you lost you walked immediately, at least for that session. Sounds like that was a mistake, doesn't it?
I never said I won every time just on free play. But my free play was cut off because I did have some days when I only used free play and my other play during the month was not considered.
Money, I feel your pain.

I do believe you got busted by a CET Free Play robot, whatever computer program the casino or CET globally uses to detect "freeloaders", NOT that you are one at all, obviously!

I doubt there was a human element involved, which makes it triple hard to get anyone's ear and something repaired.

Similar story if you will: For some 15 years or more I made 3-4 trips to Vegas a year, about evenly spaced out through the year, stayed and played at Caesars on offers that included anywhere from $450 - $700 in Free Play and other perks, always exceeded Diamond requirements, even when they raised them. And I always played way beyond those amounts of Free Play.

Last year I had made Diamond by the end of August (2014), partially "thanks" to the tier bonus program they implemented, which accelerated reaching Diamond more quickly. Co-incidental to certain circumstances, I didn't play as heavily at CET properties for the rest of the year. Having made Diamond I wasn't worried. WRONG.

Starting first of 2015, though Diamond, my Free Play offers quickly nosedived to $25-30. As well, the hotel options with offers no longer included Caesars.

I have a similar Wynn story, but I won't bore you with it.

Just that I am convinced that all these companies have computer programs that look for aberations in play. We are faceless to them, and things will work to their advantage. Which ever one busted you on the Free Play had no interface with your 7 Stars level of play.

Sorry your Host didn't help you any. Bellagio will treat you better, as you see.
Harrah's/Horseshoe Shreveport is off my list of places to play too. I had quite a few points built up. I had to [play every 6 months to "keep the account active" I missed last time by one month ( it being 7 months when I arrived ) and they dumped all my points. ZERO and now they get zero play. My fault though !!!
