Are the points added for a "calender year" Jan 1 to Dec 31? But any change in level of cards go to March 1 the following year? So your improved status is actually 15 months?

Tier points reset on January 1 of each year.

Really, depending on when you qualify, the upgrade status can be good for up 15 months if you qualify in December up to 26 months, depending on when the Platinum or Diamond was earned.

Let me clarify. Tier points reset on Jan. 1, but your status continues through March 31. I fumbled a little on my first response.

Get a new card, look at the date in the lower right corner.

March 31 15 months henceforth.
