Has anyone stayed at the Cosmopolitan?

If this has already been asked sorry but I'm asking again.

Thinking of staying there in Sept.

opps...don't know why a double post
Yes, four nights 1/9-1/13. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.
The Cosmopolitan is getting very mixed reviews as they go through opening pains, but our experience was excellent.
We had a premium view Terrace suite on 56, with a perfect view of the fountains. The balcony definitely gives this place an added appeal.
The room resembled an efficiency apartment almost, with a large bath and larger shower. Their website shots are accurate. It is on the contemporary side vs. traditional luxury (Wynn). Closest comp would be the M resort, but slightly better. Bed was great. Again, the shower was huge...I loved it. Double sinks. Jetted tub with a window opening to the room, above it.
We found housekeeping and service to be great everywhere but STK. Everyone kept asking how things were for us, and they really did care. When have you ever had a slot floor supervisor give you her card to call when we wanted to schedule our next trip? Same thing happened with a bell captain, card and all.
Buffet was excellent, both for a breakfast and one dinner.
The Chandelier bar is beautiful. Contemporary art all over the place. Public spaces cover the lower levels with a strip side pool and deck on the fourth. Amazing. Like other places in Vegas, I didn't see everything there, but I want to.
Personally, I will pay again to stay here, unless they offer a comp!!!lol
I'm sure others will fill in the many blanks. Try it, you'll like it!!!

Thank Greensideup! Sounds awesome. What is STK?
Bumping up for a little more info

STK @ the Cosmo
i am dying to stay here. i dont remember the last time i was this excited about a new hotel.
We stayed the last two nights at the Cosmo and liked it very much. The Terrace Studio room was very nice and as mentioned above the staff were fantastic.

I will post some pictures of the room later on when I have more time.

The crowd was a good mix with the majority being middle age as far as I could tell (Monday and Tuesday night).

I did see a few Paris Hilton types but not too many. The crowd might be younger on the weekends.

We prefer a more traditional casino floor like Caesar"s, but we will stay again at the Cosmopolitan for the great rooms and wonderful staff.

We had a AAA/CAA rate of $108.00 Monday and $128.00 Tuesday that we got from the Marriott website.
Here's Cosmo's "Terrace 1 Bedroom Premium View." Looks pretty damn nice!

that room is so nice.
A few pics of Cosmo's Terrace Studio. It looks real sweet!

Sliding glass doors of this Las Vegas luxury hotel suite open to an oversized private terrace. The Terrace Studio is warm and welcoming with a large, luxurious bathroom featuring an exhilarating shower and exquisite marble floors. A meticulously designed kitchenette featuring zebrawood cabinetry holds your very own Sub-Zero refrigerator and microwave – amenities not found in your typical Las Vegas luxury hotel room.
