me-i understand the poker room has been closed.where is the nearest hotel that has one.
her-at the mirage next door.
me-the mirage is up on the main part of the strip.
her-we are on the main strip.
me-i know you are on the strip but way up north.nowhere near the main part.
her-no we are just next door to the mirage.you just have to walk across to it.

slightly misleading info i would say.i googled mirage to circus 1.2 miles and not the greatest of walks

There's very little that's actually "right next door" w/o a lot of walking involved on the strip. Learned that very quickly on first trip.

Probably too late now but I'm pretty sure it he SLS has got a poker room. That's the closest property to "next door" I believe

Yes when you tell someone who has never been to the strip, that a hotel is only a block over from another hotel, you are talking about a much longer block than in most cities.

1.2 miles is 10 city blocks..................unless you're in NYC.
