Have you been watching too much Fox, too much CNN, too much MSNBC

11 out of 13....should have gotten the Goggle question right; changed my answer at the last second. Had no clue who the chick was.
I can't believe I got the dow jones question wrong . I got nine and other than CNBC I don't watch any news on TV. I get my info by skimming headlines on yahoo and comcast and then start reading ones that pique my interest which in turn sometimes lead to more linked articles to read if I wanna read more on the subject. I can definitely be accused of spending too much time on this cursed computer
I got both my age and sex wrong, in part because I couldn't figure out why "one foot in the grave" and "when hell freezes over" were not included as options.

On the regular questions I missed only the first one. While I knew that New Mexico had a court ruling that legalized same sex marriage, I thought there was still some litigation pending.

Don't feel too bad Jatki: the DOW question was the most often missed with only 21% getting it correct.
Got 11 out of 13.
I must be paying too much attention.

12, didn't get the attractive blonde. Is she Yahoo? Thought I'd recognize her if I saw her since she's been in the news the past few years. Maybe if the photo was taken when she was pregnant, I would have got it right!
I got 10 right. I don't watch any news on TV. I read my local newspaper and get my information from the web. On the rare occasion I do watch television news, if you want to call it that, my wife and I both wonder what happened to the days of reporting news rather than giving us the opinions of the anchorman. I'm referring to things such as facials expressions, sighs, etc. IOW you know how the anchorperson feels about the subject he or she is reporting on.

In this case the Doc and I agree 100%. Heaven help us when it comes to ignorant voters.
13.
Where the he!! did that dancing snoopy come from at the end of my last post?
I got 11 of 13. Surprised myself since several were educated guesses. Like of lot of you, I couldn't identify the blonde either.
The only one I missed was about college graduate stats.

The population pyramid was by deduction. The only choice on the list that could possibly have an under 4 YO population that HUGE.

Yahoo is one of the wife's clients so I had inside info there.

In reference to voter education; When England first became democratic only land and business owners could vote. The idea was that only people that had a true "stake" in the country should have a part in ruling it.
In America everyone has a stake, especially the poor and uneducated. the problem lies with the propensity of stupid people being so easily manipulated.
