I never thought their burgers looked special from the pictures, although the bun in your picture looked good. With all of the gourmet burger joints in Vegas, I'd rather get my heart attack on a plate elsewhere.

Yeah, . . . that goes for DonDiego too ! That would be horrible.

I know there have been at least 2 legitimate heart attacks suffered by customers in that establishment since its opening. I haven't tried it but most of the feedback I've heard is the gratuitous unhealthy ingredients dont make the food taste any better than In-N-Out...just more unhealthy

Jon Basso opened his original Heart Attack Grill right here in Chandler, Arizona. The concept was born out of a business plan he wrote to earn his master's degree at ASU.

The food is just OK. You go here for the experience and the laughs. It's a good one time kind of thing so it's a better fit in Vegas.

As of March,2015 the ATM fee was only 75 cents. Just left of the entrance.

I think that the Beef Jerkey Store was $1.50.
I've had better burgers. The fries were pretty bad.
Maybe the onion rings would be better.
My buddy had trouble finishing his double and fries.
He didn't want a spanking.
