Heartless Pechanga

Just wondering: If I called the relevant Pechanga employees "douchebags," would I be using the insult correctly? I'm not saying they're douchebags, I'm just asking about whether I understand how to use the word now.
Correct.I don't expect a clipboard person to check her points for the day before deciding whether to offer her a seat in the shade and a bottle of water.

I think if i were you I would find somewhere else to play since you have had two bad experiences there.

As you can imagine, numerous individuals have tried to use their free play and then leave the property in a friend’s car to exploit the reward system.

Are you sure those "numerous individuals" didn't leave in a car just to get away from the type of abhorent treatment this couple received? And, by the way, "numerous individuals" have used baseball bats to commit crimes, but you're still allowed to watch baseball.

They must live in very close to make this a +Ev move!

I'm curious if they ever settled up with you concerning the matter from this thread....link to old thread

Thanks to the exposure on this forum they did settle. This was only my second visit there since that attempted fraud by the staff.

I believe Armando supplied his email in order to find out more information regarding foiledcoup’s visit. Obviously, as Armando’s response stated, guests come and go as they please and their travel on the bus is between them and the tour operator. That said, one of Armando’s job duties is to regularly evaluate the tour operators and look into any customer complaints.

As I’m sure everyone on this particular forum understands, all casino rewards are granted based on certain criteria: a visit, amount of play, overnight stay, or, as it sounds like in this case, the length of time the tour bus was to remain at the property. It sounds to me, from foiledcoup’s original post, as if their free play was not revoked.

However, I am certain Armando would like to hear directly from foiledcoup on this matter to find out all the details. Thanks.
Robert

I lived in Vegas for 15 years and often took a casino bus to Laughlin. On arrival the host casino would give us a voucher for a free buffet. They never tried to tell us how much money we had to lose or try to prevent us from enjoying the other casinos.
You sound very angry. Is there more to this that you have told us?
Years ago, some of the casinos used to monitor the people arriving by bus for a day trip to Laughlin from Phoenix.
