Scott Commings has opened Freedom Beat Las Vegas at the Downtown Grand. This restaurant is adjacent to the casino floor and has been open a short time. Scott previously worked in Gordon Ramsay Pub at Caesars Palace.

I read on Trip Advisor that it was the best he have ever had.

Looks like it might be worth a try.

S&O was an overpriced Denny's so I cant imagine the new joint could be worse.
