World Baking Day

Rainy Sunday afternoon. Good time to get baked.

I mentioned this to my hubby and he said "wow, how cool".

I thought that was some unexpected enthusiasm from him, so I did a little double checking,,,


He thought I said it was World BACON Day. Now, that makes sense.

I live in Portland, and my freeloading brother-in-law lives with us. For him, every day is baking day.

I was in a Carl's Jr. and they have these new shirts that say "We wake and bake", referring to their new breakfast menu. They refused to sell me one. I thought BIL really needed it....
