Last time I used an excel spread sheet.... listed every casino in "geographical zones", and the coupons, offers, promos, new member bonuses, etc. for each.
Than made another spreadsheet (calendar) for days and times for promotions, etc that I definitely wanted to visit. (I prefer to play live poker and some of those promotions are just too lucrative to miss, if that casino is on my coupon/visitation list.) When the "must do" was done, I could instantly continue with or start a coupon run that was geographically convenient and not miss anything.
