For something that is so obvious neither jatki, Boilerman, DonDiego or anyone else on this board can articulate the crime.
But the outrage is definitely there and anger motivates people to vote.

No she didn't. There was no law regarding servers while she was Secretary of State. And the Espionage Act requires the deliberate INTENT to expose classified information, like the actions of spys like the Rosenbergs or disgraceful Americans like General Petraeus. So much for breaking that law, huh?

So all you got is that Hillary turned over thousands of emails, but one that she failed to turn over was turned over by her top assistant. And the email itself is benign. So chef, write when you got something.

Sorry Forkie, the disclosure of classified information, NOT the INTENT IS the issue.

The law is quite specific on the issue and there isn't any wiggle room. She had classified information on an UNAPPROVED server. She failed to abide by the numerous federal laws concerning the safeguarding and handling of classified information. Ignorance DOES NOT count here, she signed specific documents stating her responsibilities and she FAILED to abide by them.

No, the email was just another piece of damning material against her. She didn't turn it over because...? Gee ,ya think it was one of the 30,000 she deleted? Makes you wonder what all she attemepted to delete huh?

This is the first we've seen of the 30,000 plus emails that the liar deleted. A "Culmination" is an end of a process, while this is the beginning. While the FBI found this email long ago, along with thousands of others, the public has not viewed these since the FBI doesn't leak investigation information.

Hillary lovers should be very scared.

To the American left, it doesn't matter at all that she is a lying, conniving, waste of genetic material. There is no moral compass, only an agenda. And she happens to be the one carrying the agenda. Many would have preferred a 75 year old Socialist.

You can publish the entire list of all the despicable things she has done....they will try to tell you that you are wrong. The unfortunate part of the whole mess is that there is only one choice here, although death is an option. Do you vote Liarry or do you vote Trump? The choice has had me baffled for weeks now. I would sooner see my daughter in Vegas brothel than vote for Liarry. But I have a lot of trouble justifying a vote for the Donald. In the end I can vote third party or hold my nose and vote Trump. I've said this a thousand times it seems.....in a country of 300 million, is this really the best America has to offer?

You could have a picture of Hillary stabbing or shooting someone, and the Hillary apologists would claim that you don't have proof that the photo wasn't photo shopped.
