Hillary Investigation - Part Deux ?

LOCK HER UP ...LOCK HER UP...LOCK HER UP!!!!!

Uh-OH !

DonDiego hopes the "new" information is not just more Weiner-weiner-photos.

Boiler asks that PJ return the cocktails that I purchased until this is settled.
Apparently Ms. Huma Abedin was observed crying on The Hillary's campaign plane yesterday.

Ms. Abedin knows what is on her husband's laptop. The Hillary seems displeased.

HEADLINE: "James Comey Reopening investigation of Clinton E-Mails"

The Hillary responds: " 're-opening' ? You mean like with a can opener ?"
A Quick Summary:
*****quote*****
The emails from Clinton aide Huma Abedin were found on a computer belonging to her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner.
CNN reported on September 22 that prosecutors in Manhattan had issued a subpoena for Weiner's communications as part of an investigation into alleged sexting with an underage girl.
FBI criminal investigators soon after stumbled on the Abedin emails.
By early October, it was clear to investigators that the emails may relate to the Clinton email server investigation, law enforcement officials said.
But internal discussions at the FBI about how to proceed continued over the ensuing weeks.

The investigators saw enough of the emails to determine that they appeared pertinent to the previously completed investigation and that they may be emails not previously reviewed.
Because they don't have a warrant specific to Abedin's emails, officials have not been able to further examine them. Justice Department and FBI officials view Abedin as cooperative with the investigation.
FBI officials yet don't know how many of the emails are duplicates of emails they already have reviewed as part of the Clinton email server investigation and whether any of them may contain classified information.
Investigators believe it's likely the newly recovered trove will include emails that were deleted from the Clinton server before the FBI took possession of it as part of that earlier investigation.

The issue is complicated because the computer is considered to belong to Weiner, and the case may raise spousal privilege legal protections for Abedin.
Government lawyers hope to secure the warrant to permit investigators to review thousands of emails on a computer Abedin shared with Weiner, officials said.
The new search warrant is needed because the existing authorization, covered by a subpoena, related only to the ongoing investigation of Weiner, who is accused of having sexually explicit communications with an underage girl.

The Hillary Response:
"We are 11 days out from perhaps the most important national election of our lifetimes. Voting is already underway in our country. So the American people deserve to get the full and complete facts immediately."

Surprisingly, DonDiego agrees completely with The Hillary.
If Mr. Weiner and Mrs. Weiner give the FBI permission to access all the e-mails on the laptop in question, and inform the public of "the full and complete facts" of any documented activities of Mr. Weiner, Mrs. Weiner, The Hillary and anyone else identified in the contents of the laptop which are pertinent to any and all FBI investigations.
Something smells a little fishy to me, I find it hard to believe Comey all of a sudden had some ethical epiphany. Is it a set up so he can announce a few days before election day that, "..upon this further review, hillary is absolutely spotless, there wasn't anything at all, pure as the driven snow.." so people will feel more at ease voting for her, make her all nice and squeaky clean, put the email thing to rest once amd for all? How easily this current govt. finds it to lie to the American people and the extent of the clinton machines power, It wouldn't surprise me at all.

Or is there something really, truly damaging that will land him in deep doodoo if he doesn't come forward with it? Was there pressure from within the agoncy to come clean,(or they would) There certainly has been talk that many people from withing were mighty pissed off over not recommending prosecution.

Or is this to set up a scapegoat (huma?) to take all the heat off the hill? If she could shift all the focus off her onto one of her "trusted aide who was like a daughter to me", ie betrayed, that would definitely become story of the day.

Or maybe I read too many of MAL's conspiracy posts and it's rubbing off?
Comey violated the Hatch Act, and a formal complaint has been filed against him. Oh, and a little birdie told me there is going to be a very big Trump story drop on Monday.
Boiler was initially confused, since Hillary promised that all government related emails had been turned over..........other than the thousands that weren't turned over, yet have since been captured. Then it occurred to me that Huma was likely the wedding planner, and Huma likely has been trading recipes with Hillary.

Nothing to look at here, folks.

Another one of Trumps 'victims'?

I have a feeling wiki is going to be dropping a few bombshell in the final week. Ya know, from those evil russians and I'm sure all these batches will be deemed made up even tho none of the others have been (well except Donna Braziles ). After all the seed has been planted so there's the whole plausible deniability thing. I doubt it'll matter anyway, most of her supporters have their heads so far up her ass, they won't believe anything at this point.
