Comey violated the Hatch Act, and a formal complaint has been filed against him. Oh, and a little birdie told me there is going to be a very big Trump story drop on Monday.

Another one of Trumps 'victims'?

Something bigger than adding another log to the fire I am told.

I am building anticipation. I don’t know what it is. All I know is that it is supposedly something big.

so Hillary will be hard on the Weiner?

Somewhere there's a joke regarding Hillary's strap-on.

A question to those critical of Comey doing this now. IF it turns out that there really is something earth shattering, disqualifying, blatant cannot be denied information that comes out that would absolutely include jail time, would you still disagree with letting the people know now?

Yes, he violated the law (Hatch Act), and didn't follow established FBI policy and procedure. As I understand it, he didn't even get a warrant to look at the emails until today. (Sunday).
If he violated the law, why aren't Dems calling for his arrest?

Just a couple of pesky facts......1 Abedin was supposed to turn over all of her devices....she didn't. 2 She used this device to print emails. 3 Regardless of what's on those emails, Abedin is up to her pretty little neck in legal problems.

If I'm Comey or Abedin, I wouldn't fly on any small planes any time soon.

Mali, just admit it already......you don't care how awful Liarry is, you'd vote foe her regardless.

The penalty for violating the act is removal from your post, and a lot of Democrats are demanding that the process begin on that. If you would read something other than Breitbart, you would know that. Furthermore, A former Bush administration official filed a formal complaint against him yesterday with the Office of Special Counsel to investigate Comey for Hatch Act violations, so he is in deep legal shit himself.

Say you get subpoenaed to turn over all your electronic devices, do you turn over your wife’s: computer, cell phone, and tablet too? Do you turn over your Uncle Joe’: computer, cell phone and tablet because you stayed with him for three days two years ago and used his laptop while you visited? No, a subpoena doesn’t require you to turn over property that belongs to someone else. If law enforcement wants to examine someone else’s devices, they have to send a subpoena to them.

I’d never vote for an accused child rapist and admitted serial sexual assaulter. I’d do everything I could to make sure that person didn’t win.

Senator Harry Reid [D-NV] says Mr. Comey violated the hatch Act.

Mr. John Podesta [Chairman of the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, former Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton, and presently "Counselor to the President", Barack Obama] says Mr. Comey violated the Hatch Act.

malibber says Mr/ Comey violated the Hatch Act.

CNN provides a reasonable discussion of what it means to violate the Hatch Act and suggests Mr. Comey may or may not have violated the Hatch Act.
One key issue is "intent".

The reader may decide for himself.

As always poor old DonDiego counsels that every Law on the books should be enforced; if there is no intent to enforce the Law, it should be eliminated.
