Hillary Investigation - Part Deux ?

I have empathy for the FBI director. If you're objective: he becomes aware of Dept of State emails on a device currently controlled by a former pol who's been publicly disgraced several times in sex related scandals and is currently under investigation for a Federal sex crime with an underage girl, and he is the estranged spouse of Clinton's top aide. This is a very rich vein that will be mined for the next several years in House and Senate hearings. What could he realistically do?
It's a "Vast right wing conspiracy", and you can bet someone will be tossed under the bus. There's a Clinton involved, isn't there?

Something smells a little fishy to me, I find it hard to believe Comey all of a sudden had some ethical epiphany. Is it a set up so he can announce a few days before election day that, "..upon this further review, hillary is absolutely spotless, there wasn't anything at all, pure as the driven snow.." so people will feel more at ease voting for her, make her all nice and squeaky clean, put the email thing to rest once amd for all? How easily this current govt. finds it to lie to the American people and the extent of the clinton machines power, It wouldn't surprise me at all.

Or is there something really, truly damaging that will land him in deep doodoo if he doesn't come forward with it? Was there pressure from within the agoncy to come clean,(or they would) There certainly has been talk that many people from withing were mighty pissed off over not recommending prosecution.

Or is this to set up a scapegoat (huma?) to take all the heat off the hill? If she could shift all the focus off her onto one of her "trusted aide who was like a daughter to me", ie betrayed, that would definitely become story of the day.

Or maybe I read too many of MAL's conspiracy posts and it's rubbing off?

This quote from damon linker in The Week sums up the democratic position perferctly

"Sloppiness, corruption, rule-bending, and even (potential) law-breaking are bad, but none of them change the fact that this year the Republican Party nominated a man who must never be president"

So the rule of law of must not get in the way of democrats holding on to power

The FBI has obtained a warrant to begin reviewing newly discovered emails that may be relevant to the Hillary Clinton email server investigation, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press.

FBI investigators want to review emails of longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin that were found on a device seized during an unrelated sexting investigation of Anthony Weiner, a former New York congressman and Abedin's estranged husband.

If he violated the law, why aren't Dems calling for his arrest?

The penalty for violating the act is removal from your post, and a lot of Democrats are demanding that the process begin on that. If you would read something other than Breitbart, you would know that. Furthermore, A former Bush administration official filed a formal complaint against him yesterday with the Office of Special Counsel to investigate Comey for Hatch Act violations, so he is in deep legal shit himself.

Just a couple of pesky facts......1 Abedin was supposed to turn over all of her devices....she didn't. 2 She used this device to print emails. 3 Regardless of what's on those emails, Abedin is up to her pretty little neck in legal problems.

Say you get subpoenaed to turn over all your electronic devices, do you turn over your wife’s: computer, cell phone, and tablet too? Do you turn over your Uncle Joe’: computer, cell phone and tablet because you stayed with him for three days two years ago and used his laptop while you visited? No, a subpoena doesn’t require you to turn over property that belongs to someone else. If law enforcement wants to examine someone else’s devices, they have to send a subpoena to them.

Mali, just admit it already......you don't care how awful Liarry is, you'd vote foe her regardless.
I’d never vote for an accused child rapist and admitted serial sexual assaulter. I’d do everything I could to make sure that person didn’t win.

I see. You'd much prefer endorsing someone who got a child rapist off the hook laughed about it) and ALSO, bullied the victims of bills assaults? That's makes ZERO sense Mal, absolutely zero.
BTW, Violation of the Hatch act is pure bullshit, to be guilty they have to show intent. HINT: there was none.

It's a sour grapes accusation, trying to deflect the issue is all.
The sequel revealed as much damning information as the original. Despite FOX News reporting that an indictment was imminent - the FBI has stated that once again there is nothing here except a whole lot of preparation-H.

FBI Director clears Hillary - again.

Now, Comey needs to resign, and all the FBI agents that acted illegally need to be prosecuted.
Just kidding.
Seems like just yesterday Brightbart was reporting the FBI was preparing an indictment for Treason. I wonder who the Clinton's bought off since then that today they are cleared.
