I care about facts - and you are bankrupt of them on this topic in addition to the list I posted above.

What crime did Hillary commit that I am supposed to care about, Boilerman? And if you cant say then what are we to conclude about your integrity?

But for the record: I do care if Hillary is a crook. And I do care if Boilerman has herpes. Both of these sentences are true and mean absolutely nothing in the absence of facts. But a factless Universe is where Boilerman dwells

Boilerman has herpes?

Everyone knows with near 100% certainty that Hillary's a crook.

I have experience in the IT industry and know a bit about email servers, legal holds, and FRCP (Federal Regulations of Civil Proceedings). When my company was involved in a law suit we would identify parties subject to the lawsuit and ALL Email and other records for these parties would need to be retained indefinitely until the issue was settled. If the email was not maintained the court could INFER GUILT. If you do a Google search for Apple, Samsung, and FRCP you will find real life example.

When the records are produced for the other party, the lawyers agree upon keywords in the emails and the selected subset is provided.

In the case of Hillary's email server, records WERE DELETED when she WAS SUBJECT TO a subpoena. > 30,000 emails were deleted and Hillary claims they were personal about Chelsea's wedding and Yoga. I'm sure she did not personally review each of these 30,000 email to be deleted - so how were these selected? Was it by keyword? If so, what keywords and who approved them?

I believe she is guilty if ONE EMAIL relevant to this case is deleted and that should be easy to prove. If a message from a government server was sent to someone on the Clinton server and Hillary cannot produce it, SHE IS GUILTY because email was deleted that was relevant to the case. This is destruction of records - basically the same thing Enron did!

No wonder the IT guy is not willing to testify!

This does not even take into account the storing of classified / top secret information in an illegal manner. Just ask General Patraeus about that one.

PJ has clarified things for me. He doesn't care if Hillary is a crook, but he does cares if she can be proven in a court of law that she's a crook.

Seems Hillary updated her resume' , I may have to rethink things...Nahhh, she's still a power grabbing, carpetbagging narcissist's

I always try to look beyond a person faults. I think Hillary resume' should read something like this.
Good looking
Honest
Trustworthy
Sincere
Straight forward and to the point
Loyal to Country
Will answer any questions to the best of her ability
Respects others around her
Put others before herself
Last but not least she only lies when her mouth is moving

There's a whole trail of misdeeds and a couple dozen people who've gone to jail (I won't mention the couple unexplained deaths) and you think the Clinton's are shiny and spotless? You think they are part of the actual 1 or 2 % of all the politicians on the hill that are truly honest and totally non-corrupt? My God they are or have been associated with more misdeeds and accusations than anyone else on the hill, There's is no denying that fact, none. They have just been slick enough and powerful enough to weasel out of all the scandals, accusations and lawsuits. For anyone to think they're aren't one of the slickest people who are involved in politics and are totally above board and completely honest is only being in partisan denial. Nothing more.

I knew she had been involved by not to the extent that she actually was.

"When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as "my worst mistake." Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children from the gassing and subsequent fire.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovered of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections also went predictably well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger votes will have no knowledge of "Travelgate." Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI, out of embarrassment, closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the #$%$ eruption" and scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle was:

She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.

She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.

Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for "Lying under Oath" to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, "I do not recall," "I have no recollection," and "I don’t know" a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen on the way out.

What a swell party – ready for another four or eight year of this type low-life mess?

Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the "pay to play" schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next. But to her loyal fans - "what difference does it make?"

You all want sources?, a simple google search does it. I just picked a few at random, I'm sure all could be sourced, but everybody here knows that, some just wanted to deny based soley on a lack of sources.

Travelgate- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_House_travel_office_controversy

Filegate- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_House_FBI_files_controversy

Whitewater- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitewater_controversy

All of the above are so easily obtainable, yrt some want to just biych and throw ridicule because there was no source(link) provided. The above took me about five minutes, it took more time to google, copy and paste than anything.

Yep, it's late, I'm awake and bored.

See! Thats not so hard. Hillary's resume is packed full of accusations from right wing investigators that had no merit whatsoever.

From your sources:

Travelgate:
"In 1998, Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr exonerated Bill Clinton of any involvement in the matter.'
" In 2000, Independent Counsel Robert Ray issued his final report on Travelgate. He sought no charges against her,."

File Gate
"In 1998, Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr exonerated President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton of any involvement in the matter. In 2000 Independent Counsel Robert Ray issued his final report on Filegate, stating that there was no credible evidence of any criminal activity by any individual in the matter and no credible evidence that senior White House figures or the First Lady had requested the files or had acted improperly or testified improperly regarding Livingstone's hiring"

WhiteWater
"Three separate inquiries found insufficient evidence linking them with the criminal conduct of others related to the land deal"
