I feel like I know you from all your posts,I know you used to go to MSS a lot,I have stayed there 35 times over the years,but never was lucky enough to meet you.I didn't know about your husband,i'm sorry to hear that.I'm sure that has something to do with you going back to work.My wife & I go to other places now like New Orleans,Tunica,Laughlin,Tahoe,Atlantic City, Coucil Bluffs and Vegas,but Vegas has lost it's charm to us.I'm also a Diamond & Harrah's flys us.Thank for your response.Being that your a local,is the crime as bad as the newspapers say ? Thands again for the response

I don't think crime here is any worse than any other city -- remember, I'm from Chicago, lol. I live in a relatively safe area (Sun City Aliante).

I go to MSS every month or two, and that's all. Mostly I gamble at the Cannery, because I enjoy my comps there. I don't go out more than once or twice a week, because I'm working so much. That's another reason I love to work -- it keeps me away from gambling. (I'm not allowed to play on my card at any Station-owned property.)

Try reading the crime news in any city's newspaper. Killings happen all the time. In Vegas, they're big news when they happen in tourist areas, especially the Strip. And the victims are usually not "innocent bystanders." They're usually drunk and involved in fights, etc.
