No I think most of the Palms was taken over that weekend by a pre CES event. I will check on Saturday when I go for my "selfie stick" gift. It does OK on football days .

Glad Hooters is open because the Palms 50% off LVA voucher specifically mentions that as a place in which the 50% off voucher IS valid.
