The Horror

Ring dings and yodels are the same. It's just more fun to say ding dongs and ho hos. I actually haven't had one since I was a kid and that was many years ago... I do remember them as being pretty yummy.

Ring Dings are round. Yodels are rolled and elongated.

Ring Dings, Yodels, Ho Hos, Twinkies, etc. all suck when compared with Drake's Coffee Cakes.

Especially the full size.

Hostess going Chapter 11 is the price we pay for eating healthy.
Some dudes actually put their Twinkie and Ding Dongs into their Ho Hos....

Why has no one mentioned a Government bailout?
In regard to the nice fellow who suggested Hostess cakes were the same as Drakes:

Absolutely NOT. Emphatically NO! the Drakes cakes are not as sickly sweet as the Hostess brands. I've lived in Vegas for the last 3 yrs and just last week asked my sis in law to send me some Drakes cakes. They're on their way! I was so craving them; there is NOTHING like a Funny Bone by Drakes, except more Funny Bones. Geri's Philly Steak shop on Trop and Pecos has them, and really great Philly steaks, too, but I also wanted some for my very own, as Geri's closes at 6pm. I saw (2) 20 ct boxes on gasp 'sale' on Amazon. with shipping it would have cost me $40 for maybe $15 worth of Funny Bones. That's when I called home to New jersey and asked my sweet sis in law for the favor. Luckily she wasn't put out by my request and I can't wait for their arrival. I can only request them in the cold months, as the chocolate wouldn't survive any heat at all. Glazer's Marketplace on Durango used to sell them, but they never get the Funny Bones, anymore.
