Hotel list for 2011

Continuing the quest to stay everywhere in the strip and downtown my "new" hotels for the year are...

Planet Hollywood
Cosmo (twice!)
Harrhas
Imperial Palace
Plaza
Golden Gate

I can't wait for next year!
Cool!

New this year for us were:

Tropicana
Cosmopolitan X 2
Flamingo
Caesars Palace
Palace Station

We are booked for Ballys and Cosmopolitan over Super Bowl weekend.
Oh crap, I forgot the Trop!

Your list reminded me.

Thanks Guwapo!
I stayed at several hotels for the first time in 2011:
Silverton-wonderful beds, comfortable bedding, Bath and Body Works products in the bathroom, neat fish tank, Bass Pro Shop, Blingo Bingo and nice workers (this is my new favorite hotel)
Green Valley Ranch-a cool outside area with a small patch of grape vines to walk through, beautiful bathroom, tasty buffet, Capriotti's sandwich shop
Red Rock-gorgeous mountain views with floor to ceiling windows, fast elevators up to the rooms, beautiful bathroom, tasty buffet, Capriotti's sandwich shop
Aloha,
Jennifer

First timer hotels for us in 2011 were:
Rio-In which we shall never return to.
Mandalay Bay
THEhotel
The Cosmo
Monte Carlo.

For 2012 we are going to try:
Planet Hollywood & Towers
Vdara
Trump
Mirage
Cesars
Venetian
Wynn
Bellagio
MGM

We have never stayed at any of these properties, but look forward to trying some on our list. Most are expensive though.
M Resort
Green Valley Ranch

Both were wonderful. Only drawback is that they are not on the strip.

maybe not on the strip but well worth the drive out to stay at either of those great places.

Just curious, why won't you be returning to the Rio? They are one of my finalists for a small conference I am throwing in August, and I'd like to understand anything that should raise a red light. It's been about 8 years since I stayed there, and honestly, I thought it wasn't bad.

Made to Vegas once in 2011 and stayed at Planet Hollywood for the first time.
