The liberals don't need me to defend their position, but really their point is that anxiety on executive orders relates to one's political preference. Conservatives yelled bloody murder when Obama used executive orders (just look at threads in the LVA), but were quiet as church mice when Bush issued executives orders (Bush issued more executive orders than Obama, btw). And now they are quiet when a Republican is back in the White House and not up in arms. Just an observation from 30,000 feet elevation.

The constitutional ability of a president to utilize an executive order doesn't bother me one bit....that was true under Bush...and Obama...and now Tweety Bird. It comes with the job. And despite the board's desperate attempts to rewrite history executive orders have been heavily used by almost every president ...ever.

But it sure is fun to go back and read the posts from crybabies on this board who equated that power to dictator rule when Obama used it. Clearly they weren't to be taken seriously. I'm glad I didn't.
