Another was The friends of travis park, which helped keep TP safe and clean. We recieved a little over $100,000 from the city to help fund our activities. He made it a point to come to a meeting and tell us he was cutting our funding by over 75%. After September 11th, the city was broke and he needed make cuts. A few months later, an anonymous donor donated the difference we had been cut. Years later,we found out Bloomberg had given us the money out of his own pocket.
