How 'bout Them Charlotte Riots

item i:
Actually DonDiego admitted to his lack of knowledge regarding appropriate demonstrating.

What the chart poor old DonDiego posted suggests is that in 'murica the number of Blacks killed by other Blacks outnumbers the number of Blacks killed by Whites by a factor of 70-to-1. The number of Blacks killed by police is also minuscule compared to the number of Black-on-Black homicides.

It is not a matter of what is appropriate. It is that the protests are aimed at an extreme minority of those responsible for Black Lives Taken.
For the record DonDiego opposes all homicides, . . . at least so far.

item ii:
Whether poor old DonDiego is a "tranny" is DonDiego's business. By coincidence DonDiego was in an NFL stadium restroom while attending the victory of the Buffalo Bills over teechur's beloved Arizona Cardinals. If there were any trannies present in the men's room DonDiego did not notice and no one bothered DonDiego; this is just how things are supposed to be.

Murdered? Or killed during an encounter with law enforcement personnel?

MURDER--The unlawful killing of one human being by another, especially with malice of forethought. To kill (a human being) unlawfully. From The American Heritage Dictionary Of The English Language.

How many police start their day with a goal of "murdering" anyone, black or white?
I don't think any of them start their day with that goal. I think the Black Lives Matter movement believes that Police do "Kill Black People unlawfully".

I'm quite positive DonDiego is not a tranny, however that's pretty damned funny

Take solice in the fact you won't be in the stadium bathroom with a Tranny.
How do you know DonDiego isn't a 'tranny'?

I have never seen a Tranny that looks like Colonel Sanders.

You just never know anymore.

Liberals believe that all black men killed by police officers have been murdered. It doesn't matter if they're fleeing the scene of a crime, it doesn't matter if they're wielding a gun, it doesn't matter if they're beating a cop senseless. It's a murder.

Then the so-called black leaders should address how the "murder" rhetoric escalates the worst in those who would do violence in the name of BLM, and for Pete's sake lead them in stopping this attitude and the rhetoric that feeds it. This type of black leadership doesn't seem to be happening, or at least I haven't heard about it. Shame on them.

Your understanding of intent (malice of forethought) is contrary to how it is defined in most jurisdictions. If what you were saying were true, there wouldn’t be what is generally known as felony murder. That is you can be convicted of murder if you accidentally kill someone while committing a felony even though you had no intent of doing so. (people have received the death penalty without any intent). Think of all of the drunk drivers that have been convicted of homicide. They don’t start their day with the goal of murdering someone. In fact, if they are legally intoxicated they can’t form intent as the term is defined in a dictionary, but the law says because they should have foreseen the consequences of their drinking and driving they have the necessary intent to commit homicide.
Don Diego black lives matter. Once you go black you never go back (lol).

Actually the protests are in regards to the below statisitic which shows how black people are much more likely to be shot and killed by police than other race demographics. But that's only noteworthy if you hold law enforcement officers to a higher standard than a common thug on the street.

Clearly DonDiego struggles with this point hence his straw man presentation of his useless graph.

item i:
On September 16th in Tulsa, OK a policewoman shot an unarmed Black man named Terrance Crutcher. He had raised his hands as directed by Officer Betty Shelby.
Officer Shelby has been charged with mansaughter and will be tried.
Ref: CNN

item ii:
On September 20 in Charlotte, NC a Black police officer shot a Black man named Keith Lamont Scott. Police claim he had been smoking marijuana and had a gun in his hand when he was shot. Family members claim otherwise.
Rioting ensued.
Ref: CNN

item iii:
On August 9, 2014, a Black man Michael Brown were stopped by Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, MO. Officer Wilson subsequently shot and killed Michael Brown.
Rioting ensued.
Although many witnesses subsequently claimed that Mr. Brown had his hands in the air, . . . in fact he did not; he was actually charging at Officer Wilson at the time of the shooting. Officer Wilson was not prosecuted for a crime.

item iv:
On February 26, 2012 Trayvon Martin was shot by George Zimmerman. Subsequently a jury acquitted Mr. Zimmerman of second-degree murder and manslaughter in July of 2013.

item v:
On April 12, 2015, Freddie Carlos Gray died in a police van while in police custody.
Rioting ensued.
The 6 police officers involved were charged with crimes including manslaughter and murder. Several officers were tried. None were convicted. Eventually all charges were dropped.

The above cases are all different, . . . as are many other cases.

The point, . . . Black Lives Matters assumes immediately that cops are guilty and Black criminals/suspects are innocent. Sometimes this is the case. Sometimes it is not.
Sometimes the riots are significant and results may include injury to innocents and damage to property.

Every case is unique. There are good cops. There are bad cops. There are good Black men. There are bad Black men.

Black Lives Matter is a political organization with an agenda which assumes the guilt of police officers or White civilians who kill Black men.
Black Lives Matter propaganda often encourages illegal behavior which results in injury to innocent persons and damage to property.
Black Lives Matter is not a source for Truth, Justice, and the American Way.

I was in Charlotte last week to work at the NHRA Carolina Nationals at ZMAX Dragway, next to the Charlotte Motor Speedway. I flew home Monday afternoon...looks like that was good timing.

Something I find very unusual about your statement, and all of the controversy surrounding the NC law concerning public restrooms is, I have only seen one public restroom that had a sign on it designating it as being a UNISEX restroom. That was last weekend, and the restroom was at ZMAX Dragway, a sports stadium in North Carolina.
