How Do You Increase Your Pixel Size?

I have a site where I want to post a picture, but it says I have to increase my pixel size from 50 to 200! How is this done?
50 pixels is pretty tiny. You're going to have to get higher resolution or bigger copy of your picture. What's the original source of this picture? What's the picture of?...maybe we can find an alternate for you.
Don't they have a pill for increasing the size of your pixel?
If you are running Windows you can use Paint to resize the photo.

The picture is from my camera.
I know the redneck way of doing it.
Just open the picture with MS paintbrush and shrink it to 25% of size (or whatever). I think that will do the trick. Its not sophisticated but it should work...and its free

He has to INCREASE the size. Going from 50 to 200 is going from very tiny to tiny. The little avatar pictures are 266 pixels. Generally you lose resolution when you blow up a digital picture, whereas you generally keep resolution when shrinking it.
