how do you play your free play?

good morning one and all!!!

How do you play your free play.. slots or video poker or video black jack?

Thank you very much!!!
I always play higher denomination slots
I used to just play it haphazardly, figuring it was free so I should shoot for the fences., but now I usually play either VP or video BJ and cash out as soon as I am able to.
If I go to Vegas with $200 in freeplay, I count on that money to cover my car and most meals.
I play slots..depends on how much free play I have as to what denomination I play.

If I'm in Vegas I usually blow it on the state progressive machines. I cant bring myself to use my own money for those...but I'll use the house money to take a shot at the big money.

My local casinos in Indiana no longer allow free play to be used on the computerized table games. I think they got wise to everyone using them.

Interesting. I have never played the computerized table games at the Indiana casinos I frequent, so I did not realize that.
I use it as a a part of my gambling budget for wherever I'm playing. If my budget is $500 and I have $100 in free play then I now have $600 to play with. I like to think it makes a difference but it probably rarely does.
$5 8/5 bonus poker. haven't had a big hit yet...I'm still waiting.

Dueces wild VP. I've been wondering about video BJ. But from what I understand, video BJ pays even money only. Does anyone know of video BJ in Las Vegas that pays better than even money? I'm curious.
I play my freeplay thru once, then I cash out. Any "winning" amount gets added to my bankroll. I only play on the best 25 cent video poker machine I can find. I do consider my freeplay as my money- not the casinos. Therefore, I don't use this freeplay on progressives or other lesser paying machines.
