How I feel about Mr. Trump

It's like I saw on Facebook the other day. It's like getting on an airplane and hoping the pilot hits the mountain. Because I'm playing the MyVegas game on there I have a lot of people on my friends list. About a dozen or so have the 50 pound hammers aimed directly at Trumps head. I asked each and all of them if he turns out to be really good for the country, would you admit that you were wrong. Not one of the answered me one way or the other. Almost all of them just continued the thread and just kept bashing away.

I guess we'll all get our answers in about two years or so.

Hell no. I believe that social services giveaways should be largely done away with. The problem is the ever escalating increase in prizes for those who decide not to attend school, for those who decide not to work, for those who decide to become baby factories. Gone, gone, gone.

Problem solved.

How the hell did Obama take on $10,000,000,000 in debt for America ($30,000 per American citizen?

Answer: Almost entirely by policy that you fervently supported. His annual trillion dollar deficit was largely due to the Bush Tax Cuts, The Bush Iraq Occupation, and the Bush Medicare progam......and the Bush collapsed economy. 8 years later that deficit has been cut by 2/3's. ANd you had to be dragged kicking and screaming the whole way.

Feel free to refute that statement by showing me 10 trillion dollars of Obama -spawned debt policy

On behalf of Obama I say - "you're welcome".

The freeloaders in this country are about to get a taste of reality. Of course, like the idiots posting here, the freeloaders will still run their mouths, but this administration is not going to listen and cater to every minority group - as it should be. Whiney, mouthy libs will have to get up off of their lazy asses and secure employment, pay taxes and take responsibility for their actions. I am sure they will continue to be obnoxious and mouthy, after all, that is all they really have going for themselves.
You are so right Dr....... Take away my education, my houses, my investments,my money, family and my friends and what do I have left?
A string of polaponies?

Nice recall of Ed Norton! This is one of my buddy's all time favorite lines, so I've heard it for the past 40 years.

Umm, . . . more like $10,000,000,000,000.

Back in the 1960s Senator Everett Dirksen joked about the Federal Government spending: "A billion here, a billion there, pretty soon you're talking real money."

The US national debt is now approaching 20-trillion.

Obama is more intelligent and classy than Trump will ever be. Obama is thoughtful, and measured. Obama is a uniter, and always remained positive about the outlook for our country. Trump doesn't have any of Obama's good qualities.

No more looking up to our president.
Do I get an "amen"

No "amen" here.

But the good thing about the United States is that it is a republic governed by a remarkable document, The US Constitution. And because of that the Government, even The Government under President Trump is most unlikely to come after Chessie for expressing a negative opinion of the President-Elect.
This is a relatively novel idea in the long history of mankind. DonDiego opines the citizenry should appreciate their good fortune.

Poor old DonDiego encourages Chessie and everyone to educate themselves and stay aware of current events and express their opinions and vote their convictions.
And then try to get along with folks as best one can, even disagreeable folks.

Everyone is in this together.
I will give an "AMEN" tomorrow, at 12 noon when Obeyme is officially out and Donald Trump is sworn in as President.
Would @aferrelli prefer a president who looks and sounds good, but molds policy which leads to a crappy economy, or does he want a president who doesn't look and sound so good, but who gets the economy cranking?

Hint: words and looks don't put food on the table.
